iPhone -- telecom tax

My current iPhone was purchased in Washington. I live in Oregon. Under Government Fees & Taxes, I have a WA State Telecom Tax line. Is there a Telecom Tax for OR State?
When I called the store after seeing this on my first bill, they said it was because the account was set up at a WA State store. Now we may be getting a new iPhone for Mr. hilaryjade, and I'm thinking, "Gee, let's get his account set up in OR, then transfer my line to his account..."
Do you have an iPhone and live in Oregon? Was your account set up in Oregon? If so, what are the line items and amounts on your statement in the Government Fees and Taxes section?
Thanks so much!

Best answer: PDF reference (from the wireless industry's trade lobby) about state-level cell phone taxes - there's a table on the third page.

I don't have an iPhone, but when I moved from WA to OR and switched my billing address to OR and got an OR area code, my cell phone bill went down ~$10 per month (for two lines).

In case they work on percentage: my cell phone bill for two lines went from $78 to $68 per month.
