A nice quiet bar in Richmnd Hill Ontario?

Does anyone know of a nice quiet bar in Richmond Hill Ontario?

The closer to Yonge St and 16th Ave the better. Doesn't really have to be in Richmond Hill, but the closer the better.
In descending order of desirable characteristics: nice (obviously), quiet (music OK, but no TV or LOUD music), romantic, dimly lit, etc.

Response by poster: Amazing! I guess no one who lives in Richmond Hill likes quiet bars. I'm still looking.
