In what cartoon does Foghorn Leghorn say, "Kids coming up nowadays don't even know how to tie down their pumpkins"?

I've seen it attributed to "Henhouse Henery" (1949) - but this appears to be incorrect.

Here are your options - it's probably another one with Henery or Egghead Jr. in it. If you don't get any joy from MeFi, the above fansite recommends Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies: A Complete Illustrated Guide to the Warner Bros. Cartoons by Jerry Beck and Will Friedwald as a general WB cartoon reference.

Response by poster: Ah, "The Leghorn Blows At Midnight" [the scene starts at 2:15]

Thanks.
