White flatscreen TV around 42"?

Looking for a good flatscreen TV, 42" or thereabouts... and white. I haven't been able to find anything that size that isn't in industry-standard black. Any suggestions?

Have you considered buying a black TV and painting it?

Best answer: Googling "white HDTV 42" brought this one up pretty quick: FAVI 42 inch 1080p.

Response by poster: I'm not sure how much work/risk would go into that (not sure how to paint the speakers without damaging them, for example), but it's not for me so that's moot anyway. I think the person who needs it would have just done that already if it was something they knew how to do, but it's a valid point.

Response by poster: Gahh, that's embarrassing. I totally deserve to be lmgtfyed on that one. Thanks, Pater Aletheias.

Don't be too embarrassed. Most of the results were worthless--white cords, white brightness level, black and white movies and so forth. That's the only real hit I saw.

I dunno what a Favi is, but Samsung made a very nice white 32-inch. All the videogame stores used it to show off the (white) Wii for awhile. There doesn't seem to be a 40+ version though.

Vizio makes a white 32 inch, if price is more important than size.

I was shopping in the UK for a flat screen last week, and Samsung had two or three white models of differeny screen sizes...
