PFAF: Getting Divorced in Mexico?

Both Mexican citizens, no joint possessions, one baby (2 years old).
What is the easiest, quickest and CHEAPEST way to get divorced?

There are three kinds of divorces in Mexico, your case (if both parties agree on divorcing) is a Voluntary Divorce.

I have no idea if you have to do this with a lawyer or you can do it on your own, but in a forum I read you can be elegible for legal aid (abogado de oficio). Probably the best place to ask is the tribunal or Registro Civil. It takes about 3 months to be divorced.

The quickest way is to get an administrative divorce, but it can't be done if you have kids.
