This is the closest thing I can find.
I know from my retail days that people want that style, and yet they are very hard to find. The eBay link looks like a good source.

I use the IKEA ones too. Best thing I've ever done.

I don't have those particular Ikea hangers, but their skirt hangers are good and sturdy.

If you are in the NYC area, I have a bunch of vintage ones that you can have. yes, they are very nice, but I am a girl with many clothes, and the curved wooden hangers take up too much closet real estate.

Hangers Direct is probably where Nordstrom's gets them. You can buy them with your name on them and customize to your heart's content. "Hangers Direct can reproduce any existing hanger."

4thing the Ikea ones. I get pretty Crawford when a wire hanger gets into my closet somehow.

I'm not sure if the they're the ones you linked (maybe your second Target link?), but my Target hangers are pretty nice. I've seen the Ikea ones in person, and the Target hangers are nicer. They have a slightly rubberized clear coating on the cross-brace, so your pants don't slip off the bare wood.
Of course, there are Kirby Allison's ridiculously expensive, but nice looking hangers: "No longer must the well-dressed live frustrated at closets plagued by cheap wooden or plastic hangers."

Manhattan Wardrobe Supply. (scroll down for the curved ones) If you're not in NYC, they ship.

If you have anything wool in your closet, cedar coat hangers are worth having.

Nthing Ikea. They are way cheaper than anywhere else I've seen.
Side note: these are the best hangers ever for t-shirts or knits. No more "shoulder nipples"!
