Cheap online file storage solutions with very specific needs?

What suggestions do people have for cheap online file storage solutions with very specific needs?

I need a system that will meet the following criteria:

1) Be able to store 50-100GB of data
2) Be able to store large individual files (up to 400mb)
3) Allow multi-user uploading where non-admins can only manage files they have uploaded
4) Admin logins to see and manage all uploaded data from all users
5) Web or (s)ftp interface for uploading, with the ability to resume uploads. (Or an upload manager that works on windows and osx)

I've considered paying for a server (real of virtual) somewhere and setting up accounts for file uploading but seems to be pretty expensive, especially given that I only need to run this for 4 months of the year.

Suggestions?

I'm using Sugar Sync and it seems to do what you need to;

1. Plans up to 500GB.
2. Yes, it does this.
3. Yes.
4. Yes, it does this.
5. Works in browsers, and I run the software on PC at work (Win 7) and Mac at home (10.5).

There's an iPhone app too, and if you store pictures on it, you can browse them in a gallery via the web interface. It allows public linking, and password protected linking too. It's nice, so far.

If you like the sound of it, this link has my referrer code in it :)

Balls, just realised the links in 2 and 3 won't work as they're from Sugar Sync's internal help system. Well, it does do 2 and 3!

I'm not sure about your specific requirements but that may be what you're looking for.
