Can anyone recommend a tailor in Bellingham, WA?

I've got a jacket that needs the sleeves taken down a bit and am looking for recommendations on where to take it.

My wife says: "Sew & Sew (downtown, next to the parkade) for quality but they take forever; Laura's Alterations (at Bellis Fair) if you need it quickly."
