Search for winter booties.

Have you seen this shoe?

I have been looking for shoes like these and finally found them at Zara in New York City. They are pictured here:

They are comfy, leather, with a cone heel that does not exceed 2.5 inches, round toe, nice silhouette/shape, under $100. They are basically everything I want - except the color. They are only available in chocolate brown. I want a shoe/bootie like this in black or grey. I've searched the websites for Steve Madden, Zappos, Piperlime, Endless, Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie. Nothing. What are some other good fashionable shoe websites? Better yet - are there other shoes like these out there?!

Help!

Have you thought of just getting them dyed? Going from a slightly lighter to a slightly darker color is ideal, and that's what you want.

Have you tried Modista.com? It comes up quite often in shoe threads, as it was made by a MeFite.

I was coming in here to mention Modista as well. A quick search turns up this and this, neither of which seem quite right in the heel, but it's a start.

Similar heel, but not quite as low in profile.

After looking around a little, a brand called Firetrap seems to sell lots of black cone heel booties with low and medium heel heights.

What about these or these?

tried yoox.com? Those are nice shoes. I think the trouble is.. wow, finding anything decent for under $100, good luck. LD Tuttle (or Urban Outfitters second line from LD Tuttle) makes shoes with funky heels kind of like that, but they are heck of expensive.

I have shoes with the exact same heel and toe shape but a different upper (mine's a regular pump, not a bootie). Mine are from Aldo, style name is Bobbie. I noticed in the shop that some of these shoes said Aldo on the inside, while others were labelled with the brand name Blowfish. Here are some similar Blowfish booties.
You can also try searching using terms like "stacked heel", "wood heel", or "cowboy heel".

The Bobbies I linked to don't look exactly like yours in those photos, but trust me, the heel and toe shape are identical- look at the "cognac" colour to see a better pic.
Also try searching for the term "block heel".

Best answer: Hey, how about Aldo Didlakes or Blowfish Willis? Aldo / Blowfish also had boots and different pump designs with that same sole... somewhere they must also have a smooth bootie shape.

Response by poster: Ebay, Steve Madden, Forever 21, Topshop, Nine West, DSW.

I checked Modista for you but it didn't come up with anything too similar. If you can't find anything similarly cool (because these shoes are pretty awesome), maybe you should just wait? They're sure to be on sale at UO at some point. Good luck!!
