Barcelona Gyms

Where can I work out during a week in Barcelona?
I'll be in Barcelona for a week and need to find a decent gym where I can get in a few workouts to counteract the debauchery. What I'm looking for in particular is simple: a clean facility with good elliptical machines and decent isolated exercise machines.
I want to hear from people with first-hand experience only, please.

Gym in Spanish is "gimnasio." At the risk of being pedantic, Spanish is widely understood in Barcelona, but the local language is actually Catalan.
I've been to Barcelona, but my only workout consisted of a lot of walking. So while I don't have any first-hand experience, I will offer that DiR Gracia has mostly positive reviews.

Response by poster: Update: I wound up going to DiR and criminally overpaid for a day pass (18 euros). It turns out there is a much nicer, much cheaper municipal fitness center right off of La Rambla: Fronto Colom.

A bit late, but in case someone comes along later and wants an answer, I go to the Metropolitan a block away from the Sagrada Familia and it's wonderful. Plus, there's a solarium on the roof with an absolutely breathtaking view of the city and of the Sagrada.
