Where can I perform an online virus-scan of a USB?

I'm traveling a lot with my USB drive and using Internet cafés of all sorts. I am looking for a website where I can perform an online scan of the entire USB drive (not just certain files).

Housecall and Kapersky are great for the entire drive, but do not recognize USBs. I just want a place to scan my USB after each session at a public computer.

I tried searching for "Lifehacker + online USB virus scan" but no luck.

Any tips are appreciated!
Thanks a lot.

I think you want the scanning program to be on the USB drive itself.

I'd suggest ClamWin Portable
