Where can I find these boots or something similar?
These are pretty close, though the site has a minimum $100 order.

These are pretty similar. You could change out the laces if you wanted to get even closer to the original. Endless.com has only a few sizes, but you could likely find the size you need on zappos.com or ebay.
Another option, though those are patent leather.
These are the closest match, though they're super expensive. (Not saying you can't afford them, just that I certainly can't.)
One more that's pretty close, and more reasonably priced.

Zappos.com is always great for zeroing in on the kind of shoe you want from a huge selection using successively added criteria (style, color, heel, brand, etc.). A quick scan gave me these, which are fairly similar.

You might want to give Modista a try. The mefite shoe-finder site!

I third the Seychelles Cheerio option. They're well priced and most of the heeled shoes I have from that brand are actually comfortable to walk in.
