my dew ain't done

i cut my honeydew too soon.

what can i do that's tasty with the other underripe half?

i did the same thing recently. i made a honeydew granita, simple & tasty.

Pop it in the microwave for a tiny bit, then chill to faux ripen.

Also, cut up, freeze, puree in blender with some water and orange juice. Sort of like an instant sorbet.
