Overnight Weekend Parking Charleston

Parking in Charleston, SC, overnight. Where can I park safely in downtown Charleston overnight on a weekend (tonight)? Must be within walking distance of the various bar districts.

Pretty much anywhere that's a legal parking spot is fine. 10am-noon is the typical "go get my car, go get some brunch" time.

If you want a public garage, there's a public garage on upper king st by the music farm and another one on cumberland that's a block over from waterfront park at the lower end of market st. Both are OK with overnight parking and usually it's free as the attendants just leave the gates open. Check this link [PDF] for details.
