A group of men from the US Government, a van and some dirty/emaciated kids? Where did I read about this supposedly true story?
A while back I was browsing through some websites on the US Government and mind control on children and I read a story that I'd like to find again. It was reports from several people that had come into contact with a strange group of people traveling and sleeping in a van; a few men claiming to be with the government had a group of kids with them. They said the group was acting very strange, and the kids were very dirty and possibly emaciated.
Any idea where I could find this story?
