Help me choose a sub £50 FM Radio

I'm looking for a good sub £50 FM radio, In my household we currently have seven radios (2 FM and 5 DAB), we do have a TV but only use it to watch Blu-Ray Movies, so the radio is on most of the time.

I'm currently using a Revo iBlik RadioStation which I got for Christmas, but I have a few problems with it.

1). It's entirely black meaning it attracts dust like mad
2). The screen is useless, it's on the front and is tiny and woah-betide you if you try to look at it and it's sunny
3). The buttons are on top which isn't great for leaning over and using easily (to be fair it does come with a remote)
4). It doesn't have a standard headphone jack

The reason why I want to go with FM is the fact that I listen to BBC Radio 4 only on this radio and apart from BBC Radio 7 I don't listen to any other DAB station.

So to put it simply, I want.

1. A nice bright screen (easy to view in direct sunlight)
2. Big buttons
3. Good industrial design which won't fall apart if it gets a few knock's.
4. Preferably it can run off batteries and recharge off mains (but not necessary)

I'm in the UK so I'd need it to be compatible with UK plugs.

One of the Roberts range? The Poolside 2 reviews well, though it might stretch your budget. (The DAB range is about the same price, but doesn't look as solid or as good on batteries.)

Might I ask why you want the screen and buttons if you're only listening to R4? For that, you could pick up a solid grandma-style battery-powered FM (or old-school LW/MW/VHF) radio at a car boot for a fiver, twiddle the dial between 90 and 92 until you find R4, and leave it.
