Help me find that lovin' feeling!

I'm not sure if this is an actual lingerie outfit or not, but I'd like to buy it (or something really close) for my wife. I challenge you to find an online source!
The shirt, skirt, stockings . . . everything. I've looked through several search engines but so far haven't been able to find anything close to it. Particularly, I can't seem to find a skirt that short that has that fluffy stuff under it.
Your help will be greatly appreciated!

Try searching for "sexy schoolgirl costume" or the like. A site like BuyCostumes wouldn't have that, but a lot of the seedier websites that also sell lingerie and "clubwear" will have the like.

It looks to me like a pair of frilly panties under a very short skirt (I'm at work so the best link I can find is from Target) rather than a skirt with built-in ruffles.

I was going to suggest trashy.com as well. Last time I checked they had a zillion sexy-schoolgirl costumes that were about that skimpy.

This skirt is pretty similar. Looks like the underpants are separate, though - the sort of boyshort ruffly numbers that Mrs. Pterodactyl linked.

Hmmm. That's the exact outfit that Lisa Cuddy was wearing for her striptease in episode 4-15 ("House's Head") of the tv series HOUSE save that the skirt was maybe 2 or 3 inches longer. Not sure how that will help you but it shows it shouldn't be impossible to find.
(I had to look up the episode, I'm not quite that big a HOUSE geek).
The takeaway, I think, is that you don't need to buy the costume all in one piece. The hardest part is probably finding a skirt you like. The shoes, knee socks, etc shouldn't be hard so I'd concentrate on finding a skirt.

OK, now I want to get the piece from Brandon's link for my lady. Help me out: Does the wording of the description indicate that it does not actually come with the stockings? Because if so I'm not sure it's worth the price.

Also: shame you don't live in LA - every third store on Hollywood Boulevard has something like this in stock. Try Frederick's of Hollywood, and if you don't mind spending a bit of money, and probably giving your wife a thrill, try Agent Provocateur; their lingerie is the best.

I'm starting to wonder if she has folded the waist in to make it shorter because I can't find many that are that short.
Actually, my first thought was that a skirt with a straight hem like that would be incredibly easy to shorten, even pleated -- you'd pretty much ignore the pleats while hemming. But then I figured most husbands don't get themselves all worked up about a sexy outfit by hemming it first.

Thanks, siclik. Actually, now that lottie reminds me, we've gotten some quality merch at the stores on Hollywood Boulevard. If you're ever in town and you don't mind the tourists gawking at you, I highly recommend Frederick's and (another one whose name I can't remember and which doesn't seem to be showing up on Google Maps).

The waistband of that skirt is almost definitely rolled under to shorten it, that's why there's no visible waistband. So you could get a longer skirt and she can roll it after she puts it on.
