I am looking for resources to help train Administrative Assistants on how to take and write proper Condominium Association Minutes. Currently this process is long and grueling. Any help you can give me to point me in the write directions of some resources would be appreciated

Can you elaborate on what you feel is long and grueling about the process? Besides the meetings themselves, of course. Does your HOA require every single word out of everyone's mouth be recorded?

I found this, does this seem to be the format you are trying to achieve?
