What are the best places to talk about China online in English?
Message boards and e-mail lists are both OK, though I prefer the former format. I'd particularly like to find places whose culture permits starting a conversation either with a question or statement/disquisition/link for discussion. Topics of particular interest to me are contemporary Chinese culture, recent Chinese history, and the Chinese economy. Thanks!

China History Forums for the Republic and People's Republic; not exactly buzzing and a bit of a mixed crowd, but interesting and educational here and there.
