PartialLyricsFilter: A Song Needs a Title

I heard a song today while sitting in a Starbucks. I really liked it but I could only make out some of the lyrics over the din of conversations and traffic.
The song is sung by a male voice and a female voice and the only lyrics I could catch were "you have taken these things" and something about "summer nights".
Can the great groupthink come up with the song? I haven't been able to find it and it is driving me a bit batty.
Best answer: Some googling suggests that it might be "These Things" by Anne McCue. You can listen to a short clip here -- the lyrics fit, but there's no male voice in the clip.

Best answer: Seconding "These Things" by Anne McCue. There is a male voice later in the song.

box, Starbucks has been getting out of the music business for a while so that's not the case anymore. But you can ask at the counter and they can look on their little satellite computer thingy and tell you what song title and artist. You have to do this while the song is playing though.

Mark a best answer so other people (like me) don't look it up then come in and post (;

For next time, here are a couple of resources you might try:
If you have an iPhone, pick up the great little app Shazam. Then, when you hear a song you like, fire up Shazam, let it listen to the song for a few seconds, and then it will connect with the cloud, returning the song title, artist, and album. You can even buy it on the spot if you'd like. Using Shazam I recently discovered an amazing female singer, Eva Cassidy. Sadly, she had passed away by the time I heard of her, but she left some beautiful music.
Also, if you have your laptop with you, navigate to the Starbucks website, and it will tell you which song is playing (it knows which store you're in). In the alternative, someone else who's online in the store would probably be glad to look it up for you…I know I would.
