Javascript ad on Typepad blog

Javascript (I think) for Typepad blog question. I need to find someone who can set me up a vertical rotating or sliding (not sure of correct term) ad "ladder" like this one on the right-hand side of the front page of Artforum.

It needs to go into a column of its own on a typepad blog. I'd like recommendations about where to find the person to do this, and also an indication of what I might expect to pay. Thanks.

You'd be best off posting this in projects. That having been said, this would probably take about 10 minutes using JQuery (once you have all of the images).
