I'm looking for statistics on rate of information retention of video vs. print. Where can I find this?

We are putting together a document for potential clients and want to emphasize that information presented in video format provides a better retention rate than print or still images. I've searched online and all I can find is research on video advertising, projected trends, number of online video viewers, Nielsen ratings, etc. Any site recommendations or suggestions would be great.
