Film related news and commentary blogs please.

What's a good online source, blog, magazine, mailing list or other, for film-related news and commentary? I already know where to find reviews, I'm looking for frequently-updated insider stuff: gossip, projects, trends, theory, etc. US-centered is good, but so is Europe, Japan, HK, etc. English or Spanish-language, please. Free is always appreciated.
Aint It Cool News was cool 5 years ago. Haven't been there in a while, though.

Cinescape is another good one. As a bonus, they cover more than movies. They have sections for tv, comics, and video games. You'll see a lot of overlap between them and Dark Horizons though.

Here's a list of a few movie blogs (self-link). My favorite is the amazingly thorough Green Cine Daily.

Signal: If I only had two -- which, basically, I do -- they would be Movie City News and GreenCine Daily. If you have to know the latest, whatever, Fantastic Four casting rumor, then these aren't the sites for you, but for actual news, journalism, commentary, &c., these two have got you covered. Try them for a week and see if you think you're missing something.

The Movie Marketing Blog gossips about how films launch, sell and what is being made next.

My new favorite blog o' the week is twitchfilm, which leans towards Asian cinema.

As I read it, your question involves two separate categories. Breaking insider news and film theory are probably best done at separate sets of websites. "Frequently updated" is a relative term. The theory/commentary related sites are updated less frequently and when they are, they don't necessarily discuss contemporary cinema. This metafilter thread is centered around Rouge and also mentions some other sources. Metaphilm is another. Strictly Film School.
For breaking news Greg's movie previews is still good now that it's at Yahoo! Movies. I always tolerated the logorrhea at Aint It Cool because they have(had?) a lot of information. And I liked cinescape back when it was called something different. I haven't been in a while.
