Regional bison meat for sale in Chicago?

Does anyone know where I can find regional/locally raised Bison meat in or around Chicago? I know there are several ranches in Wisconsin but so far I haven't found one that sells anywhere in the city.

Give Paulina's a call. I know they have Bison, but not sure if its local or not.

If you include the far southwest suburbs, you can try Czimer's in Homer Glen. Like nitsuj said above, I know they have bison, but I don't know if it's local or not.

Find the name of the ranch, and call them to find out.

I'm pretty sure I saw some bison burgers at a Trader Joe's in the area- no idea whether it was locally raised or anything.
