Old Coevolution Quarterly cartoon

Some 20 years back CoEvolution Quarterly published an R. Crumb type cartoon depicting people as belonging to four distinct groups in terms of intelligence. There were as I recall dumb people and smart people and both groups subdivide into evil and kindly types, and the dumb kindly types being the most dangerous. I would like to see this article once again and since all of the issues are now online this is doable, but can someone tell me in which issue it might be found?
