Is there anywhere in or near London in the next month I could see sidewalk/street art by Edgar Mueller or Julian Beever? Or anything similar?

Love their stuff too! Given the ephemeral nature of this art I suggest you ask these guys themselves where they'll be working

Without a doubt Bansky's work is interesting, but Banksy is a muralist and OP is clearly looking for practictioners of
Anamorphotic
techniques.

This is a great example of Beever's technique. Haven't seen Banksky do too much of this.
