Help me identify this scary-ass music!

Anyone have any idea what the scary-ass music is being used in this clip, from about eight minutes on?

I thought maybe it was from the There Will Be Blood score or something by the Kronos Quartet, but it's not an easy thing to google... Additionally no music is listed in the credits. It seems fairly distinctive, even familiar, so hopefully it'll ring a bell with someone...

The music I heard at 8 mins in was the rather non scary Left Bank Two by the Noveltones and beloved of Vision On viewers.

The Jade appropriate track immediately afterwards - which I'm sure is the one you are after - I don't know.

It sounds very familiar to me too. I'd bet that it's from one of Bartok's string quartets. Maybe my guess will trigger someone else's memory.
