Granada Spain

I am planning a first trip to Grenada Spain in May, and wonder about recommendations for off- the- beaten- track restaurants, unique cafes, jazz bars etc. Also, any info on fiber and wool shops would be most helpful. Feel free to mention anything unique or worthwhile. Thank you.

Granada, btw. I went to this cool tea cafe owned by some beefy Moroccans and had a nice bowlful in a hookah. Don't ask me where it was but it was on a stairway. I think if you go in the old quarter and take any back alley, you will find something off the beaten track. The main streets are more tourist clogged so just explore the streets away from those areas.
