Why is there no email address to reply to in MS Outlook 2003 from one out of many people?

My POP email client is MS Outlook 2003. I have a newish client who emails me on occasion. Unlike every other received email in Outlook 2003 to which I hit the Reply button, when the window pops open for me to write my reply, there's no email address in the "To..." field.

What's up with that?

It's probably the case that Outlook stored a full name alias for that contact. If you right click on it, and select properties, it should have more information.

Response by poster: The "To..." field is completely blank.

Can you find out what e-mail client this person is using, or at least get a look at the headers of their incoming messages? It sounds like their messages may have malformed headers somehow, or at least headers that Outlook's little dino-brain can't figure out. (Possibly there's an empty Reply-To: field?)
