Accessible Moodle guidelines

I'm looking for plain-language accessibility guidelines for e-learning (Moodle) sites
I'm looking for plain-language (i.e. aimed at uni lecturers rather than web developers) advice pages on how to develop e-learning resources - and Moodle resources specifically - that are accessible.
Aberdeen Uni's accessibility guide is the sort of page I have in mind.
