Looking for that perfect raincoat

Calling all raincoat fashionistas - I'm having a hard time finding the right coat and would appreciate your help...

I (female, size M/L 10/12) am looking for a great raincoat. I am flexible but my ideal coat would satisfy all or most of these requirements:

- long (either just above or just below the knee)
- sleek, not bulky or bell-shaped
- have a hood that can be tucked away
- solid bold color (deep red is my favorite, but blue would be good too - I'll do black if I can't find a nice color, but not tan)
- have a long belt that can be tied
- keep embellishments low-key
- reasonably priced (I'll go as high as $200 but would prefer in $100-150 range)
- available online

London Fog has a number of raincoats that satisfy some of my criteria but not enough. I've checked Macy's, Lord & Taylor and Burlington Coat Factory. What am I missing? Bonus points if I can try the coat on in a store (I'm in CT) but not a requirement.

Thank you!

Have you tried Lands End yet?

Response by poster: Sorry, should have been more specific: I'm in Connecticut, USA, not Capetown, SA.

Maybe this one from Boden? I guess maybe it doesn't have a belt?

They have some other nice ones just marked "trench", so I'm not sure how raincoaty they actually are, but man, are they cute. (Make sure to search for coupon codes if you shop there, they almost always have one floating about!)

Response by poster: Thx for the answers so far. The Boden one is cute but too short, unfortunately. Lands End has some OK ones but not quite what I'm looking for. I'm thinking more along the lines of this, but with a (hideable) hood and in a bold color...

How about this?

Response by poster: Wow, Gor-ella, that's the best one I've seen so far. My only complaint is that it looks a bit bell-shaped at the bottom (I prefer straight) but it's very very close!

I think you would like this one.

I recently bought a raincoat from this company on-line (not the same style) and I'm delighted with it. Their raincoats really are waterproof. The only flaw I can see is that it doesn't have raglan sleeves; a MUST for outerwear.
