Best of FWDs

Wacky commercials (car hood whacking pigeon). Altered commercials (trunk monkey). Weird video clips (dog on skateboard, star wars boy). Cute mashups. Is there a single site that catalogs and warehouses these short masterpieces of folk video art? Sort of a "Best of" all the stuff that is being forwarded? Surely someone is collecting these!

As much as I hate the interface, iFilm has tons of funny little videos in their "Viral Video Vault".
