Where's this Late Night music from?

Is the bombastic theme music from the Inflatable Dancing Conan bit from Late Night with Conan O'Brien from anything? If so, where?

I'm in Canada, and I can't watch Hulu clips. I'm familiar with the Late Night bit, however, and found this clip which I could view. I don't recognize the theme from anything else, but maybe this link will assist another non-U.S. answerer.
