website or firefox extension that will notify me when a change is made on a site?

Does anyone know of an easy site/service (something like notify.me) or Firefox extension that will send me a notification (SMS or IM preferred) when a change is made on a site? The site that I want to be notified of a change on doesn't have RSS or I'd just route it from there to IM or E-mail.

oh.. and if you want SMS alerts -- I guess you could do some kind of RSS to twitter to SMS hack?

Best answer: you can create RSS feeds for a page that doesn't have them, by using Dapper, FeedYes, or many other services. Pingie will send you RSS with SMS, but it's still in beta.
