How to format an Amazon Associates link?
For various reasons, I need to create an Amazon Associates link for a book not yet on sale. However, I have its ISBN, and I realize that I can create a link for another book and simply slip the ISBN into the URL in the relevant spot. However, the auto-generated Associates links produced by Amazon have lots of other crap in there too. So, finally, my question -- how can I create a simple but working Associates link without having to use the Amazon website wizard?

This will work too:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/ISBN####/username
Where 'username' is the username and ISBN#### is the ISBN number.

Another option is:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/ISBN/?tag=USERNAME

This will work.
People can use this as cut & paste or you can make it into a full blown link.
