What was the double bass (or cello) concerto heard through out the soundtrack of last night's ER?

You can also hear the piece being performed on a doublebass (at pitch!) by Edgar Meyer.

Good choice, that's one of my all-time favorites. My wife walked down the aisle at our wedding to the prelude.
