Best tapas in Sydney?

Hi All,

I'm looking to try out tapas in Sydney on Thursday night - can anyone recommend anywhere? I've tried the places in the Spanish quarter and though its nice I'm sure there are better.

Thanks!

Tell you what, don't go to subsolo.

It's pricey, but Bodega is awesome. Warning, they don't take reservations and it's popular.

And, ooops, I just noticed they are closed till the 21st January.

Response by poster: arha - I've heard Bodega are good, keen to try them out.

I've never been but heard good things about Kiki's in Darlinghurst and also I see on that link from Fiasco there is a recommendation for SumBar in Randwich - anyone been?

I went to The Rum Diaries last night, and it was very tasty. Kinda expensive, but very worth it.

El Bulli in Surry Hills may not be the best, but I enjoyed it a lot and would recommend it.

Oh, yes, I'd forgotten about El Bulli. I've had a good tapas night out there too.
