Paint Job for Lincoln Town Car

Where can I get a decent paint job for a lincoln town car on the cheap in the NoVA/MD/DC area?
So yesterday I was on my way to the body shop to get my car undented from an incident with a deer on I-81 when some guy on the road says he'll fix my car for $400. I had previously gotten quotes for much higher than that so I decided to give the guy a chance and eventually he convinced me, assuring me that maaco will do prep work and paint for around $200. The work is done fairly well but now I'm stuck with a pretty ugly left side that needs sanding and painting. I've heard bad things about maaco but would rather not spend something over 600. Does anyone know where a good spot is in the area and if I should have the prep done separately?

Yeah, now that you mention it, there's this Earl Scheib on Rt. 1 in north Alexandria.
