I'm looking for an online accredited MSW program or an MSW program that will all me to use my 30 years of work experience toward the degree. Does anyone know of one? Emphasis...it must be an accredited program.

Where are you looking to apply? I'm in Ontario Canada and a few years ago I applied to a few schools for a MSW degree and as far as I know, they all required that students have at least a bachelor's degree and a few social science courses. They consider work experience to be a huge asset, but I'm still fairly positive that students still required an undergrad degree.

Good luck with your search :)

Do you have a bachelor's? A friend of mine just did her MSW at the University of Montana, and I believe she was able to use her lengthy exp in social work to dramatically shorten the program, so was able to complete it in only one year. I'm not clear from your question whether you are only looking at online programs, however. I believe their program is on-site.
