Quick and easy question... anybody have any suggestions for places that serve Hot Buttered Rum somewhere in Seattle? Would prefer an in-city neighborhood or downtown. thanks. -j

This is not precisely in-city or downtown, but several years ago my husband and I were there for new year's and ended up having hot buttered rum at the Third Floor Fish Cafe on Lake Street in Kirkland. The view is spectactular, and while Kirkland is not exactly our style it was pretty and holiday-festive and watching the sun go down over hot buttered rum did not suck. (It was 4 years ago and we don't know Kirkland and we remember it well enough that we just found it online, so I guess it made an impression.)

A friend of mine ordered a hot buttered rum at Bimbo's Cantina on Capitol Hill once. She seemed pleased enough with the beverage.

22 Doors on 15th ave.

They carmelize some brown sugar in the glass with some flaming booze beforehand.
