Blinking LED novelties, retail, in Manhattan?

Moderate to large quantities of blinking LED novelties, retail, in Manhattan?

Mostly looking for things in the line of toys, balls, frisbees, or musical instruments, but apparel, jewelery, or barware would be OK in a pinch. Open Sunday a plus. Anyone been dazzled and/or annoyed walking into some ungoogleable hole-in-the-wall recently?

There are at least a dozen toys/trinkets/electronics wholesale places on 27th and 28th Street between 7th Ave and 5th Ave. Most have a 10 items minimum purchase policy and you'll need a tax ID number for purchasing. Some of these places fly under the tax radar and will sell to anyone who wants to make a bulk order, but it depends on the store and who willing they are to make the sale. Others will not sell to you unless you have a tax ID. Some will accept your Social Security number as your tax ID. I doubt any of them are open on Saturday or Sunday, though.

If you want to go the retail route, head down to Chinatown.
