Where to get bread making tools and ingredients in Vancouver, BC (or Canada in general)?

I'm looking for good quality tools for home artisan bread making - proofing baskets, scrapers and a few other odds and ends. I live in a small town and will be in Vancouver in the next month so I'd like to visit some bread baking shops there (if I have time). Ordering online is also an option. Any advice welcome!

Best answer: the King Arthur Flour catalog is an excellent resource for all kinds of things. A little overpriced sometimes, but really good service and generally good quality. Their raising buckets are my favorites.

Try The Gourmet Warehouse or maybe Ming Wo. I'm not sure that there are any stores that cater specifically to the advanced home baker however.

You may want to look at Ravensberg they are in Port Coquitlam, a suburb and cater to bakers and pastry folk. Can't go wrong with the gourmet warehouse!
