I am having some trouble understanding what your question is. In particular, I am confused by the phrase "struck from beyond." Perhaps you could clarify or rephrase?

You say that this excessive saliva does not seem to be related to the people you're with ("usual company"). Am I understanding that correctly?

Have you changed your diet recently? Started taking any new medications? Moved to a new home? Are you experiencing any other unusual symptoms?

If this symptom is really bothering you, perhaps you could call a nursing hotline or your doctor and ask them what they think.

Watering of the mouth can be a symptom of anxiety.

I've had that issue a few times before. It was medication related, though. I just can't recall which medication at the moment.

It is one possible sign of diabetes. Are you overweight? What's your diet like? What if you add whole grains, fruits, veggies, and cut back on soda, does that affect it? If so you should probably get your blood glucose tested.

Are you female and possibly pregnant? Excessive saliva is a common occurence with pregnancy.
