How do I help my mom sell her iced tea in stores?

My mom has been making her own unique flavor of iced tea for years and has always received compliments on it and requests for it at parties from different people. She's semi-retired would like to start bottling it and selling it in stores; doesn't have to be nationwide at wal-mart or anything but a little local or regional action would be nice. I don't really have the time to help her start a business but would like to point her in the right direction of some companies that will help her get the ball rolling for manufacturing and distribution, any suggestions?

Here's an article about a woman who started a soda company. Perhaps it could be helpful, as far as understanding what's involved?

It is not easy. She may want to read up on the company Honest Tea (this link includes their story and a link to their original business plan) and if you google them you will find various stories and blogs with info..

Given the amount of infrastructure it would take for her to produce and safely package the drink, would it make more sense for her to sell the recipe to an existing drink company?
