King Midas has the ears of a what!?!?!

I'm looking for a cartoon about King Midas from the early 80's. The keys about this version are: looks more like a book with moving pictures and a little song about how King Midas has the ears of a donkey/ mule/ goat (that part is fuzzy) and then a little pan flute whistle. Any thoughts?
