Rojo: anyone have a beta account? For that matter, can anyone tell me what, exactly, they are doing?

What They're Doing. It looks like browser-based RSS and Atom feed subscriptions/reading with a reputation based filtering system to help you find content you might be interested in.

Response by poster: Yeah, I read the FAQ, but I was looking for something a little more specific and/or first-hand experience.

Sorry, I can't add any inside knowledge, but it seems to me like they're not doing much more than what Bloglines has already done.

Best answer: I have a beta account, and it's not too bad. I think it's a little more in-depth than Bloglines (but I haven't used Bloglines all that much, so take that with a grain of salt), though it does have similar functionality. One thing that I've noticed that's kind of cool is that when I'm reading, say, waxy's links and one of them goes to a blog entry, it actually pulls the full text of that blog entry's feed into the links feed. An interesting idea, at least.

It does recommendations, as well. It's not a huge improvement over Bloglines, in my opinion.
