Django hosting recomendations

Web hosting recomendations - Im very new to web development but have been slowly setting up a website with django and im starting to think about hosting.
I know there are a lot of web dev people here so I thought it might be a good place to ask.
So my requirements are-
-Django friendly, perhaps with helpful support because I imagine I am going to run in to all sorts of technical problems.
-Apparently I will also need shell access so I can set up something called cron jobs? I have a python script Id like to run every hour or so that updates a database.
Thanks for any help!

Best answer: 2nding WebFaction. One of the best webhosts I've ever used. They have excellent support and their support team KNOWS django. They've actually fixed my errors for me xD

Best answer: I came in to say Webfaction, but since everybody else already did, I will just say that they are a fantastic PHP/LAMP host as well...

Shell access, one-click Django installers (including trunk), cron jobs, etc.
