Which website recommends neighborhoods in other cities based on your old neighborhood?

I once came across a website that recommends equivalent neighborhoods across cities. For example, if you asked for the San Francisco equivalent of Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, it might recommend the Castro. Could someone point me to this website?
