Does anyone know of any life-streaming blog software (hosted or not) that includes the ability to publish content?
Basically: tumblr + friendfeed + customisable design.
The life-stream part should have custom displays for: RSS feeds with embedded audio, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, Delicious and Facebook.

Using Wordpress (The Hard Way): FeedWordpress + Yahoo Pipes.

Tumblr will import Delicious, Twitter, Youtube and Flickr (customize->feeds) (and a couple of others, and just 'RSS'), or does this not do something you want? (I've only used the Delicious one...)

If you haven't seen Sweetcron already, take a look. It's self-hosted. It imports any kind of feed, pretty much (I've had trouble getting my flickr comments feed into it). I haven't explored how it would deal with embedded audio. It does have customizable theme. I've tweaked mine very slightly.
If you're good at hacking, it can use plugins for dealing with specific kinds of feed.

Response by poster: Thanks for the answers, everyone. I think Sweetcron looks pretty great.
And I had no idea tumblr could import feeds.

Tumblr's import is limited to 5 (I think it is) feeds at the moment. But you can also totally customize Tumblr presentations with your own css.
