Part-time Job Resources in DC

I'm moving to DC some time in the next 3-6 months, and I'm wondering if there are any super-duper secret part time job resources, or tricks, known only to locals.

I'll be looking for something part-time preferably, as I'm moving to continue my schooling (political science undergraduate).

Thanks so much for any tips/tricks/links you can provide me. Of course, moving-to-a-new-city-for-school-general-job-and-settling-tips-and-tricks are much appreciated as well.

Thanks!

I asked a similar question last week about finding work in general.

Most of those resources will point you to part-time stuff as well. Best of luck--interning on the Hill and need revenue? [If worse comes to worst, there's tons of restaurants & bars that seem to need help, if you aren't religiously-opposed to food service work.]

I am going to say this because it's the truth: part time jobs only come about in the local papers and on Craigslist. Very few temping agencies even bother with people looking for part-time work. The other thing to do is to network, particularly if you know people in the legal or accounting trade. They made need after hours filers, proofreaders, and form-pullers.
